Con las manos en la masa / Red-handed

Bienvenidos y bienvenidas a Cocina Global!

Welcome to Cocina Global (or Global Kitchen, in English)!

Eva and Joey are two friends joined by photography and food who have this dream of sharing recipes and yummy looking photos of food. Ideally, you would join us on our food photography adventure.
We are setting ourselves a monthly theme centred around a particular food, preferably seasonal. We will reveal the key ingredient at the beginning of the month and show you what recipe each of us has cooked with it at the end of the month. In between, we will share little snippets of information and fun facts about the ingredient, such as its nutritional value, main producers,... and the list goes on.

What can you expect? Food. And food photography.

What would we like you to see? Delicious recipes you'd like to try yourself. Mouth-watering images of said yummy recipes. Yep, you get the idea! And if you watch closely, you may also find humorous episodes of our kitchen moments. We'll try to keep these to a minimum though, promise! (but often it is unavoidable!)

How can you be involved? It would be lovely to have you on board, so if you think the main ingredient for the month is your sort of thing, or if you have a family recipe using it that could change the internet forever (or just makes you happy, that will do too!), email us your photos of the dish to blogcocinaglobal@gmail.com, with or without a recipe before the end of the month, and we will publish it here on the blog. Or publish your photo and the recipe in your blog and then send us the link.

Curious to know our first ingredient? Stay tuned for the 3rd of August!

Don't miss it and follow us.
