Este es un pastel a base de pasta de filo rellena de calabaza rallada, de nombre Tikvenik. De textura crujiente y relleno sabroso ya forma parte de mi "recetario habitual". Además, me encanta porque en el momento de hornear lleno la casa de un aroma a canela fabuloso.
