Doble presentación / Double introduction

Este año viene cargadito de buenas notícias. Y cómo no teníamos suficiente con una, os las presentamos de dos en dos :)

Y es que estamos mega felicidades de anunciados la primera. Porque este mes da comienzo una nueva sección en el blog:

Dónde te mostraremos ideas para tus propuestas culinarias. Así que unos pocos días después que se anuncie el ingrediente del mes, le daremos una vuelta para estudiarlo bajo todos los ángulos: sus formas, sus variedades, sus colores y sus texturas.  Veremos los utensilios que se gastan en sus diferentes modos de preparación. Y también se darán pequeños trucos y técnicas para darle un toque más fotogénico a tus recetas.

Además, este espacio también estará abierto a sugerencias, dudas y cualquier cuestión que deseéis plantear. Por lo que esperamos recibirlas todas en:  ideascocinaglobal@gmail.com

Y diréis, y la segunda, y la segunda... pues sí ahí va... no seáis impacientes. La segunda es que tenemos el enorme placer de presentar a la nueva incorporación de otra Chef en Cocina Global... ella es: Cristina Molina.

Y aunque habéis podido ver, mes a mes, las recetas de Cristina con unas propuestas increíbles. A partir de ahora, pasa a formar parte del equipo, aportando su visión creativa y práctica.

Así que os dejamos con ella:

Hola! Soy Cristina, vivo al lado del mar en Valencia (España) y también pasé largas estancias en países donde predominan los bosques. Me maravillo ante los paisajes que tengo la suerte de admirar por el trabajo de mi pareja.  Así empecé a querer aprender más sobre fotografía y en abril 2012 coincidí en el Atelier de Jackie Rueda con las dos increíbles creadoras de este blog.

Cuando Eva y Joana me propusieron participar en este blog tan especial no lo dudé.

Los cuentos me apasionan tanto los escritos como los contenidos en una imagen.  Para mí la cocina es una cuestión de química donde aprendices mezclan ingredientes e inventan pociones mágicas.

This year will be full of good, good news.  And because one is not enough for us, we have two to share :)

We are happy to announce the first one: this month starts a new section of the blog, called Inspiration Day.

Here you will find ideas for your culinary adventures. So, a few days after announcing the ingredient of the month, we will study every aspect of the ingredient: its shapes, varieties, colours and textures. We will have a look at the different tools used. There will also be tips and techniques to make your recipes look as beautifully as they taste. 

Comments, suggestions and questions will be welcome in this space. So, send us yours on: ideascocinaglobal@gmail.com.

And, are you asking yourself: "What about the other news?" Wait, wait, be patient! The next news is that we are happy to introduce you a new Chef in Global Kitchen ... Her name is Cristina Molina.

Each month, you'll see Cristina's recipes in the blog with incredible proposals. Until now, she is From now on, she is on board, sharing her creativity and useful tips with us.

Something more about her:

Hi, I'm Cristina and I live at the beach in Valencia (Spain). I have also lived for long periods in London and in France, where there are forests. I am amazed by landscapes that I am lucky to see thanks to the   job of my partner.  This is the reason why I started to learn more about photography. In April 2012 I joined the two incredible authors of this blog in Jackie Rueda´s Atelier.

When Eva and Joana proposed that I should participate in this special blog, I took the opportunity.

I love stories passionately, the written ones and the others contained in a picture. To me, cooking is a matter of chemistry where apprentices mix ingredients and invent magic potions.
