Este mes vamos a cumplir un añito. Sí! qué rápido pasa el tiempo.

This month we will celebrate our first birthday. Yeah! Time goes by quickly.

Durante este año, hemos tenido fotos preciosas, hemos compartido recetas excelentes y hemos hecho un montón de blogs amigos. ¡Gracias a todos por este maravilloso año!

During this year, we got beautiful photos, shared excellent recipes and met a lot of blogging friends. Thank you for this incredible year!

Además, hemos tenido nuevas incorporaciones, que han ayudado a que esto cada vez sea más maravilloso. Gracias Cristina y cococita por este gran trabajo.

Besides, our team got two new members. They help us turning this blog into a wonderful one.. Thank you Cristina and cococita for doing that great job.

Por lo que no podíamos dejar la oportunidad de celebrarlo contigo. Así que te invitamos a comer un cachito de tarta y a brindar para soplar la vela juntos.

Un jurado fabuloso, compuesto por Vane de Chokolat & Pimienta, Marcela de The Celebration Girl, y Cintia Soto de Cintia Soto Photography van a valorar las fotos participantes. Si no las conoces, durante este mes te las iremos presentado.

A fabulous jury, consisting of three excellent members, Vane from Chokolat & Pimienta, Marcela from The Celebration Girl and Cintia Soto from Cintia Soto Photography will assess the photos. If you don't know them yet, we will introduce you during this month.

Las foto ganadora (primer premio) se llevará este excelente libro (en inglés) Food Photography: From Snapshots  to Great Shots de Nicole S. Young

The winning photo (first award) will be awarded with this excellent book Food Photography: From Snapshots  to Great Shots from Nicole S. Young.

El segundo premio está compuesto por accesorios de cocina la colección Green Gate de VerdeMandarina de Barcelona.  Todavía no están definidos ni la cantidad ni el modelo.  Actualizaremos esta información en cuanto sea posible.

The second award will be Green Gate kitchen props by VerdeMandarina from Barcelona.  Quantity or model are still to be defined.  As soon as possible this piece of information will be updated. 

El tercero premio será una libreta-recetario en exclusiva y hecha a mano por Había dos veces, dónde podrás anotar esas excelentes recetas que te encantan.

The third award will be an exclusive handmade recipe notebook by Había dos veces to write down your best recipes.

Bases del concurso / Contest rules:

Artículo 1: Temática del concurso

• Prepara tu pastel para celebrar con nosotras el primer aniversario de Cocina Global.
• Se admiten fotos en blanco y negro o en color.
• Tamaño imagen (mínimo 500px resolución)
• Se valorará tanto la originalidad de la receta (ingredientes utilizados) como el aspecto visual de la fotografía (técnica fotográfica, edición y uso de utensilios decorativos).

Article 1: Contest subject

• Make a cake to celebrate the first birthdayblog of Cocina Global with us.
• B&W photos and color photos are admitted
• Image size (minimum 500 px resolution)
• Be assessed: the originality of the recipe (the ingredients) and the visual aspect of the picture (photography technique, edition and the use of props)

Artículo 2: Plazo de presentación

• Inicio del concurso el 29 de julio
• Fecha límite entrega fotos el 23 de agosto 31 de agosto 2013
• Fallo del jurado el 2 de septiembre

Entrega de la foto (máximo 3 por persona) indicando “concurso +  tu nombre" a:

blogcocinaglobal@gmail.com.

Se usará el correo electrónico utilizado al mandar la foto para poder ponernos en contacto con los ganadores.

• Contest starts on 29th July
• You can send your photos until 23rd August 31st August 2013
• The jury verdict will be announced on 2nd September
